These applications are for special events only. Our regular Farmers’ Market vendor application can be found here.
If you are a vendor wanting to participate in one of our events, please fill out the corresponding application. You must fill our an application for each event that you want to participate in as a vendor. Being approved for one event does not mean that you will be approved for all events. Applications can take up to 14 days to review. If you apply within 14 days of an event, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a response prior to the event date.
Alcohol Vendor ONLY Event Application
This application is for alcohol vendors only. Each business only needs to fill out one application. It is for all of the licensed evening events in 2023 including:
- Friday, June 23: Summer Social from 5pm-10pm
- Friday, September 22: Harvest Hoedown from 5pm-10pm
- Friday, November 17: Holiday Sip ‘n Shop (Night 1) from 4pm-9pm
- Friday, November 24: Holiday Sip ‘n Shop (Night 2) from 4pm-9pm
- Friday, December 2: Holiday Sip ‘n Shop (Night 3) from 4pm-9pm

FRI JUN 23: Summer Social

What: This event is a kick-off to summer! We want to highlight summer and patio season as it is the beginning of summer! This will be a licensed event.
When: Friday, June 23, 2023 | 5PM – 10PM
Where: Booths will be outside on the Farmers’ Market property. Exact booth options will be sent to vendors that are approved for the event closer to the event date.
Booth Sizes: Most booths will be 10ft x 10ft. There may be some smaller options available that will be released closer to the event date
Pricing: TBD, estimated between $100 to $120 per 10ft x 10ft space
Other:
– Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment (tables, chairs, tents)
– Tents must be anchored to the ground. Each booth space has anchors in place; the vendor is responsible for providing fasteners to the anchors. No tent weights of any kind are permitted.
– There are very limited booths available with hydro (Booths with hydro are an extra $11/day)

SAT JUL 15: Global Marketplace

What: This pop up market is to promote products and foods from all around the world. We want to showcase the culture that the market has to offer.
When: Saturday, July 15, 2023 | 7:00AM to 3:30PM
All booths must be fully set up by 7:00AM
Where: Booths will be outside in an area of the outdoor Farmers’ Market.
Booth Size: All booths are 10ft wide by 10ft deep. There are booths available under our overhang (covered), or vendors can bring a tent.
Price: $75 (including HST) per 10ft x 10ft booth
Other:
– Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment (tables, chairs, tents)
– Tents must be anchored to the ground. Each booth space has anchors in place; the vendor is responsible for providing fasteners to the anchors. No tent weights of any kind are permitted.

SAT AUG 5: Wellness Pop Up

What: This pop up market is to promote health and wellness products. We are looking for self care, dietary accommodations (gluten free, vegan, etc.), and active living products.
When: Saturday, August 5, 2023 | 7:00AM to 3:30PM
All booths must fully set up by 7:00AM
Where: Booths will be outside in an area of the outdoor Farmers’ Market.

What: This is country dance to celebrate the Fall Harvest Season! Live country music and dancing throughout the night. This is a licensed evening event.

What: Our 3rd annual Holiday Sip ‘n Shop Night Market is the kick-off to the holiday season. Guests can sip on an alcoholic beverage while completing their holiday shopping.

Friday, December 2, 2023 | 4PM – 9PM
Where: Booths will be outside on the Farmers’ Market property. Limited spaces will be available indoors in the Market Building. Other Farmers’ Market vendors will be open during this event.
